Steve is an accomplished and action-oriented hospitality executive, with a proven track record of success. In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time near the water, physical fitness, travel, and music.
Brett Wilson is an Army Veteran that has experience in residential and commercial construction, risk management, project management and security services for the film and television industry. He is a client advocate whose versatile skill set allows him to significantly impact the community needs at Latitude at Daytona Beach. In addition to a successful career as a business professional, Brett is a proud husband and father who loves to play golf.
Lance collaborates with our landscape maintenance partners to uphold the community standards for weekly landscape services. He also works closely with our landscape and pond vendors to ensure proper maintenance of common area landscaping. Lance has a Certified Pest Control operator license and extensive experience in the Landscape and Pest Control industry. In his free time, Lance enjoys watching college football and spending time with his wife and two kids.
Tracy brings over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in resorts, hotels, and recreation management. She also spent 18 years in the utilities sector, working with her family’s business and major energy companies such as Duke, DTE, Consumers, and NIPSCO Energy.
Originally from Michigan, Tracy comes from a proud military family, is an Army Brat, and served in the U.S. Navy. Passionate about the water, she enjoys boating and camping with her family.
While dedicated to her career, her greatest pride is her children, Allison and Daniel, and her granddaughter, Lucy. Fulfilling her dream of living by the beach, Tracy relocated to Florida three years ago and began her career with Latitude at Daytona Beach.
A Long Island, New York native, Ed launched his career at the age of 17 as a volunteer at his local YMCA. Originally hired as a front desk attendant, he soon took on many roles – including Director of the YMCA’s Summer Camp Program, and became a Director after only two years – all while attending college full-time college and working part-time for the Disney Store.
Ed earned a Bachelor of Science in Community Recreation from St. Joseph's College in Patchogue, New York and an Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Suffolk Community College in Long Island, New York.
After college graduation, Ed moved to Florida to join Disney Cruise Line. Ed offers more than 25 years of experience in the recreation and leisure industry. His expertise – in both the public and private sectors – includes almost a decade of experience in creating active-adult lifestyle programming.
Highlights of Ed’s career include developing educational training sessions for the Florida Parks & Recreation Association, training new hires in Disney Cruise Line’s Children's Programming Department, and writing a blog for Resort and Recreation magazine.
Ed's goal is to work in a dynamic and rewarding people-oriented atmosphere, where his enthusiasm and energetic personality, as well as his education and experience, are valued and where he can contribute to the community he serves. Summer’s fitness journey began with a life-changing decision. Tired of being unhappy with her body weight, she committed to a successful workout routine that eventually caused her to lose 80Ibs.
Since then, she is happier, more confident, and has developed a passion to help others do the same. She understands those experiencing weight problems and pursued a career in the fitness industry to help others accomplish their fitness goals and feel their best.
Ashlie brings over 16 years of culinary experience to the kitchen. From a young age, Ashlie was the primary cook in her family, sparking a lifelong passion for food. She graduated from the Oregon Culinary Institute in 2013. Her roots with Latitude Margaritaville began in April of 2023 as part of the Amenity Opening Team at the Latitude Margaritaville at Watersound community, focusing on the Latitude Bar & Chill kitchen as the Sous Chef.
