  • Cancellations must be made at least one business day in advance.

  • A $50 deposit may be paid via credit card or check at the HOA office.

  • Deposits refunded to a credit card will pay a transaction fee. Costs incurred by the Association for clean-up or damage to the common area will be deducted from the security deposit at the discretion of Management.

  • First come, first served after 2:00pm if the reservation does not arrive.

  • Refunds of deposit will not be issued for noshows.

  • Only one reservation per household, per week.

  • Reservations will be allowed 60 days in advance.

  • Your deposit will be returned to the credit card used for your reservation once the management team has confirmed that no fees will be charged to your deposit. Refunds will be received within 14 business days.
